Fil Sanna

After a fifteen-year corporate career, Fil returned to his childhood dream of working and playing in the outdoors. He has been a hiking, mountaineering and sea kayaking instructor for NOLS since 2011 working in Alaska and the western U.S. He has also led trips to Borneo, Nicaragua and Ecuador for World Challenge. At home in Wisconsin, he volunteers with his local EMS service and writes articles on leadership, ecology and wilderness medicine. He holds a BS in Engineering and an MS in Organizational Behavior, both from Cornell University.
